What I really meant to say, The Vampire Diaries’ Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder have broken up in real life, just like their characters on the hit CW show. I think this is very sad news because I really liked the both of them as a couple. Both have dark features and they just really went well together. They dated for a really long time in Hollywood terms. Over 3 years they spent together and I was beginning to think they would be a celebrity couple that stay together forever.
Oh, well! Just like The Vampire Diaries, this isn’t a fairytale and they weren’t meant to be forever I guess, Tell me your thoughts on their break-up in the comment section.
After last week’s emotional episode it seems like we could possibly be done with Jane Lynch’s character, Sue Sylvester. While no one died during McKinley High’s school “shooting”, the end of Sue Sylvester is just as bad as another character dying. No Sue really isn’t a big surprise if you’ve been watching this season of Glee.
Sue Sylvester got fired from McKinley High on last weeks’ episode of Glee protecting Becky, the down syndrome character that Sue Sylvester always had a soft spot and connection with. Becky brought the gun because she thought she has to protect herself from the world when she graduates. Instead of letting Becky get expelled, Sue says she has a gun in her school, office due to the way things have been going in the country lately. The last we see of Sue is at the end of the episode where she is packing up her things and leaving the school.
I kinda figured we would be saying goodbye to Jane Lynch and her character Sue Sylvester a few episodes into this current season. Sue’s presence at McKinley High has slowly waned from the beginning of the episode and has went some episodes without even being seen or mentioned. Sue has been known from the beginning as the Glee Club’s enemy number one. She quickly grew a fan base with her cruel jokes, heartless thinking, and aggressive off the wall behaviour. Throughout the course of the show we have also seen that Sue is much like an ogre and has layers.She can be very sweet and have sweet moments when it comes to Becky or her sister who died in an episode.
It would seem to me with Glee‘s ratings way down that FOX has asked for the show to cut some of its budget, which is what I guessed when Jane Lynch became more of a guest appearance than a season regular. They can’t cut the music out which is most likely a huge chunk of the shows budget. If you can cut out some regulars then you save per episode and you have more money to pay guest actors and actresses such as Katey Sagal and Kate Hudson who may boost ratings more than a regular would have. Maybe I am wrong and Jane Lynch wanted out to pursue other interest?
I can’t imagine we won’t see Sue Sylvester ever again. I would be crushed if she isn’t on from time to time, I guess kinda like she has been this season. She definitely better make an appearance on the series finale(next season, May 2014?), when ever that may be.

It is being reported that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have said that their baby will not be on television. I actually have a problem with this. My main problem is how has Kim gotten famous? Any answers? Television is the answer that I am looking for here. Well, we all know the sex tape, but even that was her being on film somehow. It is kinda annoying that she wants everyone to know everything about her and has cameras recording her all day, most likely close to everyday. Then, she gets pregnant and she thinks it is acceptable to not have the child on TV?
Kourtney see’s no problem with have Mason and Penelope on camera. Mason has been on the show since Kourtney pulled him out of her Kardashian Lady Kave. So, what is the problem with Kim’s child being shown on TV? I don’t honestly think this is coming from Kim. I have a feeling that it comes from Kanye who seems like a private person. However, I feel like he knows what her job is and he should be comfortable enough with it or leave f he isn’t.
I wonder if this statement will even ring true, or if it does, how long will it last? I do believe that she does have right to her privacy and shouldn’t feel like she needs to show her child on reality shows. I also think she needs to think about her fans. It’s like she is saying, “Hey, thanks for watching me for years and making me even more famous. I’m done with that and want a nice private life with my boyfriend.”. Unfortunately, once you enter the land of entertainment, if you’re really famous, you don’t get to escape the public that easily.
I have a feeling we will be seeing the Kimye child on television. It only makes sense and that child will be a nice ratings increase on its debut episode. I feel like maybe Kim just meant that she doesn’t want cameras in the delivery room. If I was having a child and was a woman, I don’t think I would like having cameras in my face while pushing a human though my vag.
Like me, Britney Spears may be taking 2013 to renew herself and do more for herself. Earlier this week it was reported that Britney Spears was not going to be returning to the singing competition show The X-Factor. Britney Spears announced that she wasn’t returning due to the fact that she was working on her new album and wouldn’t be available due to its release this year. Some people think Britney was actually not asked back to the show due to their not being a huge ratings rise this season. From what I heard, she did well. It was also reported that the higher-up’s were impressed by the way Britney handled the show and how well she judged. To me it sounds like this was just a problem like with The Voice judges, where these are current artists who are still making albums, touring, and still have a big image to hold on to.
Another piece of Britney news from this past week… Britney and her fiancé Jason Trawick have called off their engagement and broken up. The rumours have been there for months and they finally came true. I feel like Trawick was good for Britney and was put in her life to help her get her life back together. It seems like the pair have a continued good friendship and are going to try to be there for each other. Maybe after a few years the spark wasn’t there. I commend Britney on having a long engagement and seeing if things continued to go smoothly before they said “I do.”.
I think Britney is back to who she was before those “crazy” days that she became known for in the middle 2000′s. She has an amazing single with Will.i.am that while not of music genius, is a very catchy song that I love and that is doing very well. I think she has a clean slate and enough time now to create an album that even blows away her best critiqued album, 2011′s Femme Fatale. I’ve read she has experimented with some new sounds and plans on doing some stuff outside of her comfort zone. I think Britney will continue to be America’s sweetheart for years to come, if for no other reason, she’s Britney, bitch.
Madonna continued Saturday with not going along with what countries and government officials in certain countries have asked her not to do on her MDNA Tour. I understand that her performances are art and should be treated as such, but sometimes when a swastika or guns are involved, you just don’t do it. In case you didn’t know this, across the pond, gun violence isn’t taken lightly like it is here in North America. Movies and games are often edited due to gun violence so that they are able to be shown or sold with the same rating equivalent giving over here. I mean, even The Hunger Games had to edit out certain “violent” scenes to lower the rating in the UK. Living in North America, specifically the United States, I guess I’m so use to it, that I didn’t see anything wrong in The Hunger Games.
Anyway, back to the main point. Saturday, Madonna had a show in Edinburgh, Scotland where police officials asked her to not perform with fake guns like she had done at every show since the MDNA Tour started. They asked her to not use the guns because of the sensitivity of guns after the shooting at The Dark Knight Rises in Aurora, Colorado this past Friday at a midnight showing. Do you think Madonna listened? Of course she didn’t.
Grandma Madonna needs publicity and went along with the show like she normally would. During that part of the show, Madonna marched out with pistol and an AK47 . Though they were fake, she could have complied with the police. The only reason why Madonna did this and some of the other stunts that she has pulled while on this tour this year is to get media attention. Clearly she has gotten it, I mean, here I am writing about her. She has gotten old, grumpy, hateful, and apparently no one pays her attention.
While Madonna is Madonna, she isn’t the Madonna that was edgy and got attention for being edgy when she was at her height of popularity. She has become a person who has to create headlines for herself, but not because she is creative and such, but because she is defying authority. Way to go, Madonna. Love her music, but really being turned off by who she is seemingly becoming these days.

I like everyone else have kinda been wondering if Jessica Simpson shouldn’t have already had her baby. Apparently, she told the world she was pregnant October 31, but I’m not sure how far along she was on that date. The way she has been looking as of late in pictures in the tabloids, I would say she has to be ready to have that baby any day. I mean, seriously, any day now. It could happen right about… Now. Some are speculating that it is just the amount of publicity that has been surrounding her pregnancy. It is weird what catches people’s attention. Jessica Simpson has become a nobody since her divorce from Nick Lachey and the cancellation of their show Newlyweds. Sure we had seen her here and there and we still kept up with whomever she was dating and then her marriage. But Jessica wasn’t important, but everyone has went crazy for her over her pregnancy. I guess we will have to wait it out and see how long this baby stays put inside Jessica. Beyoncé didn’t seem pregnant long enough and now Jessica, too long. What are your thoughts on Jessica Simpson’s pregnancy and the publicity surrounding it?
Some people really hate Nicki Minaj’s music for her songs lyrics which go through the nasty side of “bad words”. My father was recently horrified when I had to drive him somewhere and I made him listen to Nicki’s new album Roman Reloaded. I’m 21 and quite old enough to listen to this music, but he hates Nicki. Nicki Minaj has stated that she wants parents to keep her youngest fans away from the uncensored versions of her songs. She said she is strict with her nieces and nephews on saying those words and would be horrified if she knew a parent was letting their children listen to the uncensored songs. So, see… Nicki Minaj has a heart. I didn’t doubt that, but I think a lot of other people do. I personally love when she goes hardcore and nasty while rapping.
Like most of the world yesterday I was confused on whether or not Beyonce and Jay-Z’s baby girl’s name was Ivy Blue or Blue Ivy. It is apparently Blue Ivy. I don’t feel bad for writing yesterday that the name was Ivy Blue because even E! and other news outlets had it wrong. They named her Ivy because of the number four(the symbol IV). Beyonce and Jay-Z were both born on a 4th, Beyonce and Jay-Z were married on a 4th, and Beyonce’s newest album is called “4″.
At least we have all of that confusion cleared up, right? Now can we see pictures?! Lol. We will give them some space, but I think we all would like to see pictures within the next month. Katy Perry apparently went to Twitter to tweet about the rumours that have been spreading about her and Russell Brand getting a divorce. Katy tweeted:
“Concerning the gossip, I want to be clear that NO ONE speaks for me. Not a blog, magazine, “close sources” or my family.”
Now this doesn’t answer the one question that we all still wonder: What happened? RIght before the Christmas holiday both had went to Twitter and in interviews said everything to do with their marriage was fine. Then in early January they get divorced? There must have been problems awhile back and they both played it off very well. Which I have to say is pretty awesome of them to try to keep some sort of privacy. I am sure in the coming weeks and months more on this divorce will pour in, but until then we are all still waiting.
