It shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone that Giuliana Rancic’s cancer fight will be on her reality show “Giuliana & Bill”. I love Giuliana, so I’m not hating by any means. I just think it is something that will probably help raise the shows ratings and viewership. The cancer certainly as given Giuliana more exposure to the rest of the world that didn’t know who she was. The new season of “Giuliana & Bill” will premiere on The Style Network on Monday, April 2 at 8p.
